Think about James Bond, it didn’t matter which actor played 007. There were visual clues, he was always portrayed as the clean cut suit wearing spy. His manner was charming and seductive, He was cool and collected under pressure.
Then there were the classic lines when he introduced himself - BOND, JAMES BOND. How could forget his drink order? Martini: “Shaken, not stirred.”

- Wardrobe: What’s your “uniform”? James Bond had his black suit; what’s yours? Whether it’s sneakers and denim or black frame glasses, just make sure it feels authentic to you. For me? A blazer and jeans combo is my vibe—smart casual with a pop of my brand colours (pink or green).
- Filming techniques: How you show up on video, your lighting and camera angles create your content DNA.
2. Editing Style
Post-production is where the magic happens. Your editing style can make your content instantly recognisable:
- Captions & Graphics: Use consistent fonts and colours that reflect your brand personality. Tools like CapCut let you set up brand kits for easy reuse.
- B-roll: Love slow-motion shots? Or maybe quick cuts are more your speed? Pick a style and stick with it—it becomes part of your visual identity.
- Sound Effects & Music: Subtle sound cues or recurring background music can create an auditory signature that sticks with people.
3. Own Your Voice
Your tone and delivery are just as important as how you look on camera:
- Catchphrases: Think James Bond’s “Shaken, not stirred.” What’s the one phrase or tagline people will associate with you?
- Structure: Create repeatable formats for your content. I always start with a problem, walk through a framework, and end with actionable solutions—it’s my go-to formula for keeping things engaging and valuable.
- Energy & Tone: Are you bubbly and fast-paced or calm and reflective? Lean into what feels natural for you—it’ll resonate more with your audience.
